Lucas Beavan, Carpenter, has won the Fit Out Trades Award at this year’s event, a well-deserved recognition of his dedication and commitment to his trade.
Hosted by Essex Construction Training Association Ltd (ECTA), the annual awards celebrate trainees who go above and beyond, demonstrating initiative, professionalism, and excellence in everything they do.
Lucas began his journey with LMAC Group in 2018 as a Carpentry & Joinery Apprentice. From day one, his strong work ethic, reliability, high-quality workmanship, and consistently positive attitude set him apart. After successfully completing his apprenticeship, we were proud to offer Lucas full-time employment, a decision that continues to prove itself right every day.
