LMAC Group Ltd – Carbon Reduction Plan (CRP)

Aligned to Net Zero Carbon Policy (POL 037)

Target: Net Zero by 2035

1. Introduction
LMAC Group Ltd is committed to reducing its carbon emissions in line with its Net ZeroCarbon Policy and strategic goal to achieve Net Zero by 2035.

2. Organisational Boundary
This CRP covers all LMAC offices, project sites, employees, contractors, company
vehicles, and relevant supply‐chain emissions.

3. Net Zero Target
LMAC commits to achieving Net Zero Carbon by 2035 across Scope 1, Scope 2, and
measurable Scope 3 emissions.

4. Current Progress (2025 Baseline)
   – Carbon baseline under development.
   – 50% of the fleet transitioned to electric or low‐emission vehicles.

5. Carbon Reduction Measures
LMAC will implement measures across carbon reporting, energy reduction, fleet
decarbonisation, sustainable procurement, training, and financial planning.

6. Carbon Reduction Pathway (2025–2035)
Phase 1 (2025–2028): Establish baseline and initial reductions.
Phase 2 (2028–2032): Accelerate EV transition and sustainable procurement.
Phase 3 (2032–2035): Full EV transition and offset residual emissions.

7. Monitoring, Reporting & Review
The CRP will be reviewed annually, and progress will be measured through formal
carbon reporting.

8. Responsibilities
   – Managing Director: Oversight and budgets.
   – HSEQ Manager: Lead implementation.
   – All Contract Managers & Site Managers/Site Supervisors: Operational
compliance.
   – All Employees: Support environmental actions.

9. Declaration
This Carbon Reduction Plan is aligned with LMAC Group Ltd.’s Net Zero Carbon Policy
and reflects the company’s commitment to achieving Net Zero by 2035.
