Project Description
Supporting Barking and Dagenham, LMAC assists with legal disrepair, fire safety, and void work cases concerning their housing stock. Our process initiates with an initial survey inspection of the property aimed at pinpointing existing maintenance or repair issues, which could range from structural concerns to plumbing leaks, electrical faults, dampness, mould growth, broken fixtures, or any other factors impacting the property’s condition.
Following identification, all issues undergo meticulous documentation and reporting via our project management system ONESERVE or Bolster system. This documentation serves as a crucial record-keeping tool and aids in establishing a comprehensive understanding of the required scope of remedial work.
Challenges
Our repair teams have a considerable amount of experience working with a diverse range of residents and working conditions.
In close collaboration with BD Group management and surveyors, our Resident Liaison Officers coordinate the works to minimise disruption to residents, especially considering ongoing legal cases involving tenants in complex situations.
