We’re proud to share that LMAC Group has been directly awarded a Building Refurbishment Works Framework by Peabody Trust
The framework is valued at £20 million and will run for an initial three years, with the option to extend for a further year (3+1).
Scope of works includes:
• Disrepair works
• Major repairs and refurbishment
• Damp and mould remediation
Geographical coverage:
• London and the Northern counties
