Project Description
LMAC were awarded the refurbishment of the Goddington ward Oxleas in Orpington, the complex programme of works had to be detailed due to the nature of the ward & our teams had to work around the clock to complete within the short time frame.
LMAC undertook the complete fit out of the ward, new lighting, anti-slip vinyl flooring and redecoration throughout. We completed EICR reports and provided new installation certification for compliance of the lighting, sockets and re-wiring, ensuring any new penetrations were fire stopped accordingly.
Challenges
The staff worked in shifts, we had to ensure that we completed the works in the given time frame. The ward still had furniture present, therefore we made sure all items were covered and protected. The furniture had to be moved when laying new floors and reinstated when complete.
