It delivers exceptional customer engagement by providing complete visibility for customers ‘on-the-day’ communications which include appointment reminders, ETA updates and real-time engineer tracking. Residents can also communicate with operatives directly on a secure channel.
Bolster – Is the perfect platform to record asset data whilst completing electrical and fire safety surveys and installations. Using floorplans it pinpoints installations, accurately logging location, components installed, who by and when, taking photographic evidence on completion. QR codes and compliance labels are added for future maintenance of your assets meaning there is a completed record of the history of the installation.
